Can I decline delivery and installation?
Once your order is ready, you can pick it up from our office by calling us in advance to arrange a time. You can also opt out of professional installation, but it is better not to do so, as even a small mistake in installation will inevitably lead to further deterioration in the performance of the light filter.

Do you offer a warranty period?
Our products come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty card is issued by the technician immediately after completion of installation, payment of the outstanding amount (if paying in instalments)
and signing of the ‘Work Completion Certificate’. It is kept by the buyer.
How soon will my order be ready?
Depending on the complexity of the design, the average production time is 10-15 working days, including delivery and installation of the product on site.
In exceptional cases and when technically possible, we can fulfil the order faster.

Why call a measurer to your home? Can I measure the windows myself?
To ensure that the finished product fully meets your requirements and expectations, it is very important to take accurate measurements of your windows. This should be done using a metal tape measure, noting values down to 1 mm.
Please note that in each specific case there are slight differences in tolerances due to the shape of the window opening and the type of blinds.
We recommend not taking any risks and entrusting the process to a specialist.
Arriving at a time convenient for you, an experienced consultant will take measurements, help you choose materials, advise you on payment, delivery and installation,
and draw up a contract specifying all the details of the work.
