Once your order is ready, you can pick it up from our office by calling us in advance to arrange a time. You can also opt out of professional installation, but it is better not to do so, as even a small mistake in installation will inevitably lead to further deterioration in the performance of the light filter. Do you offer a warranty period?

Our products come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty card is issued by the technician immediately after completion of installation, payment of the outstanding amount (if paying in instalments) and signing of the ‘Work Completion Certificate’. It is kept by the buyer.

This should be done using a metal tape measure, noting values down to 1 mm. Please note that in each specific case there are slight differences in tolerances due to the shape of the window opening and the type of blinds. We recommend not taking any risks and entrusting the process to a specialist.
